Renting a home

Long-term rentals from our own portfolio.

We rent out homes we own and look after ourselves. No external property manager, no agency layer — just a clear contract, a proper handover, and a person to call when something needs sorting.

Nothing free at the moment.

Our rentals are long-term, so homes don't turn over often. When something does come up, it usually goes quickly.

If you'd like to be on the list when the next one's free, send us a quick email with the area, size and timing you're after — and we'll be in touch.

What renting from us looks like

  • Long-term first. Our contracts are written for people settling in, not for short stays.
  • Clean handovers. Inventory, meter readings and condition documented in writing on day one.
  • Real maintenance. Something breaks, you tell us, we sort it. No ticket portal, no waiting on a third-party manager.
  • Honest about the home. We'll tell you what's recently been done, what hasn't, and what to expect.
  • Reasonable conditions. Pets, small changes to the home, the usual life stuff — we'll talk it through rather than hide behind a clause.

What we'll usually ask for

  • Proof of identity and tax number (NIF).
  • Proof of income — payslips, contract, or accountant declaration.
  • One or two references where appropriate.
  • First month's rent and a deposit, as set out in the contract.

We treat applicants fairly and don't share your information beyond what's needed to set up the tenancy.
