Fator Preferencial is a Portuguese property company based right here in Amora. We're not an agency and we're not a fund — we buy homes for our own portfolio, improve them, and rent or resell them ourselves.
What we actually do
We buy apartments and family houses across the South Bank — places that need a bit of attention, that have been on the market too long, or whose owners just want a clean, direct sale without the agency theatre.
Once a home is ours, we renovate it the way we'd want our own home renovated: properly. Then it goes on to a long-term tenant, or back on the market for sale.
How we work
- We buy directly. No agents in the middle, no commission baked into the price.
- We're honest about condition. If something needs sorting, we'll factor it into the offer rather than walk away.
- Renovations are real renovations — not a coat of paint over the cracks.
- We own everything we rent and everything we sell. No middleman role, no managing other people's properties.
- Paperwork (CPCV, escritura, registry) is handled cleanly, on time, with everything in writing.
Where we work
Our patch is the South Bank of Lisbon — Amora and Seixal first and foremost, then Almada, Barreiro, and the wider Setúbal district. If a property is within sensible reach of our office, we'll consider it.
