Every home we own is either occupied or off the market while it's being worked on. We don't always list new homes here the moment they're ready, so if you're actively looking, the best thing to do is tell us.

Let us know what you're after — area, size, budget, timing — and we'll get in touch as soon as something fits. We sometimes sell homes off-market when the timing works for both sides.

Buying off-market

We currently own homes that aren't listed for sale — some are rented, some are mid-renovation, some are simply waiting their turn. If a particular building or street caught your eye, mention it.

Where the timing aligns for both sides, we sell privately rather than going to market. It's less paperwork, less waiting, and the price reflects that there's no agency in the middle.
